Paperless Billing Signup

Commercial Customers: If you would like to receive all future bills as a PDF document via email, you can sign up for our paperless billing option. Please provide your account number as well as other details below. If you have any questions, contact our Customer Service Department.

If you opt-in by providing a valid email address, we will send a printable invoice as a PDF attachment to your email address instead of sending a paper invoice via the US Postal Service. This choice is voluntary and can be canceled by calling our Customer Service Department or provide a written request via email to billing@tricountyind.com. Allow 4 weeks for set up.

Residential Customers: Unfortunately, we have experienced some unforeseen delays in processing the paperless billing option for you.  All residential customers will continue to receive a post card bill in the mail until we are able to transition them to a paperless bill.  Customers may still enroll in this option.  We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes you.   Thank you for your patience in this matter.

Roll-off Dumpster Customers: At this time, we do not offer paperless billing.
